This Hotels & Resorts giant is regarded as among the most luxurious and innovative in the world and have won numerous international travel and tourism awards.
Business needs
The end user should be able to search through the various hotels and resorts all over the world and should be able to make bookings. He /she should be able to redeem his/her points to make bookings in both mobile and desktop site.
User was not able to book with points initially as Sirius loyalty section was not integrated.
Challenges
Upgrading the CMS platform to newer version for great experience for editor.

After a rigorous analysis of the client’s landscape, wireframe sketches were designed to define the scope of the project. Walking Tree experts developed a web based portal which allows end user to make the booking in hotels and resorts using points.
We developed the mobile specific site for end user using latest technologies which made theirs experience much more better. Before developing mobile site user could see only desktop version of site.
Also, to make editor’s experience better we upgraded the CMS version.
