Skills: Unreal Engine, C++
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of innovative, engaging, and visually stunning game environments using Unreal Engine for robotics use cases.
- Develop applications interfacing with large neural network-based models, optimizing performance and user experience.
- Deploy simulation environments on the cloud and optimize for streaming performance.
- Debug, profile, and optimize game and system code, specifically on the side of physics simulation and rendering pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest advancements in Unreal Engine, generative AI, and game development.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or related field.
- Must have 4+ years of work experience in IT.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Proven experience with Unreal Engine and cross platform development. Experience with constructs such as Pixel Streaming would be helpful.
- Deep proficiency in C++.
- Familiarity with both CPU and GPU optimization, rendering-related concepts such as HLSL, shaders.
- Familiarity with robotics/AI concepts such as dynamics, mapping, navigation.
- Proven problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a passion for game development.
- Experience with version control systems like Git, Perforce
