Eligibility:
- Communication to be above average
- School – 10th and 12th – above 70 % (for ICSE and CBSE boards), above 70% – UP Board
- Above 70% in college
- Preferably – IT and IT-related branch
- Looking at fresh engineering graduates, current year or the previous year pass outs (Year
- of Passing – 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) with a clean and meritorious academic record
- This could be a continuous need as we settle down in Agra and NCR center
- Preferably IT and Comp Science stream graduates/postgraduates
- Office/Work location will be in Agra- Plot no 140A M.G plaza Taj Nagri Phase 2, Near Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton, Agra, UP. 282001, Agra
- 10 K per month stipend during the training phase
- 1.8 – 2.4 LPA CTC on successful completion of training and getting a full-time appointment, commitment for a minimum of 2.5 years of work tenure.
Hiring and Evaluation Process:
- Profile shortlisting
- Shortlisted profiles will give Online Technical Evaluation/Computer-based tests – to be performed in a monitored environment
- Selected candidates will go through a technical round of interview
- Selected candidates will go through an HR Round/Soft skill round of evaluation
- Finalized candidates will be provided with offers
- Training and Ramp up Plan
- Once onboarded, we will provide training for 6 months
- We will be targeting Web and Mobile development latest technologies
- We will have dedicated training time for the batch
- We will have fortnightly evaluations where people will be expected to perform at a certain level to continue in the training program
- We will expect people to have a commitment to learning during the training period
- No remote. Only work from office mode in Agra
