WalkingTree Celebrates 17 Years of Growth Along the Dubai Skyline

WalkingTree Technologies recently celebrated 17 years of growth with its annual cultural celebration, Utsav, bringing the Dubai onsite team together on 24 January for an evening of connection, reflection, and shared pride.

Hosted aboard a yacht and set against the iconic Dubai skyline, the evening captured what WalkingTree stands for: people, purpose, and progress. More than a milestone event, the gathering became a moment to pause, look back on the journey so far, and step confidently into what comes next.

This year’s theme, Trip to the Future, reflected a powerful idea. Growth is not just measured in numbers or milestones. It is built by people who move forward together, with trust, curiosity, and a shared vision.

| A Culture Built on People

Utsav is WalkingTree’s annual celebration of culture, collaboration, and community. It is where teams come together beyond roles and projects to reconnect with the values that define the organization.

As WalkingTree marked this milestone year, shaped by the vision of its founders Alok Ranjan and Pradeep Lavania, the Dubai celebration became a living reflection of the WalkingTree story. One rooted in trust, driven by teamwork, and inspired by what lies ahead.

The evening offered space to step away from daily work, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the people who continue to shape WalkingTree’s journey.

The setting played a meaningful role. Surrounded by the city lights and the calm of the water, the celebration felt both intimate and energizing.

What truly defined the night, however, was the sense of togetherness. Conversations, shared memories, and laughter reminded everyone that WalkingTree’s greatest strength has always been its people.

| Dubai Leadership Team

The celebration was joined by WalkingTree’s Dubai leadership and core team, including Anurag Agar, Rahul Rajendran, Mohit Mehta, Phani Kiran Gutha, Deepankar, Hanif, Raj, Shubham, and Prachi. Their presence reflected the strong local leadership and close-knit culture that continue to strengthen WalkingTree’s footprint across the Middle East.

| Looking Ahead

Seventeen years is an important milestone. But what this really means is momentum.

With teams across regions, a strong culture of collaboration, and a clear focus on the future, WalkingTree continues to move forward with confidence. The evening in Dubai was not just a celebration of the past, it was a reminder that the best chapters are still being written.

Here’s to the journey so far, and everything we are building next.
