Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with strong experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central and real estate business processes. The role covers requirement analysis, solution design, system configuration and end-to-end implementation support across finance, supply chain, retail operations and real estate functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements for BC, LS Retail and real estate workflows.
  • Configure BC and LS Retail: POS, store setup, pricing & promotions, replenishment, and inventory management.
  • Support real estate processes such as unit management, lease management, sales workflows, billing and contract handling.
  • Work with technical teams on system integrations, ISV solutions and customizations.
  • Manage data migration, UAT planning, user training and go-live readiness.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-implementation support for BC, LS Retail and real estate modules.

Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central implementations.
  • Experience working on POS operations, store workflows and promotions.
  • Good understanding of real estate processes such as leasing, property management, sales contracts, payment schedules and customer lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of finance, inventory, procurement and retail operations.
  • Ability to prepare functional documentation and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Familiarity with Arabic is an advantage for Saudi and Qatar clients.
  • Certifications in BC or LS Retail are an advantage.
