In accordance with the Circular No. CIR/OIAE/2/2011 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) dated June 3, 2011, Circular No. CIR/OIAE/1/2012 dated August 13, 2012, and SEBI/HO/OIAE/IGRD/P/CIR/2022 dated November 7, 2022, SEBI launched a centralized web-based complaints redress system – SEBI Complaints Redress System (SCORES). In case the investors have any complaints against the Company, they may lodge an online complaint through this web-based portal.

An investor shall first take up his/her/their grievance with the Company by lodging a complaint directly with the Company. If the grievance is not redressed satisfactorily, the investor may, in accordance with the SCORES guidelines, escalate the same through the SCORES Portal in accordance with the process laid out therein. After exhausting these options for resolution of the grievance, if the investor is still not satisfied with the outcome, he/she/they can initiate dispute resolution through the Securities Market Approach for Resolution Through Online Dispute Resolution Portal (SMART ODR Portal).
