Data Pre-sales (Freelancer)
We are looking for a Data Presales Consultant with strong expertise in Data Engineering, Data Governance, Analytics, and AI to support client discussions, solution design, demos, POCs, and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into data and AI solutions.
- Design and present end-to-end solutions leveraging Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Purview/Informatica, Azure OpenAI, Power BI, GitHub Copilot, Airflow/ADF, and Data Lakehouse architectures.
- Demonstrate use cases and capabilities around:
- AI-Driven Pre-Production Testing
- AI for Data Quality & Governance
- AI-Powered Code Quality & Code Generation
- Agentic AI for Data Pipeline Monitoring & Self-Healing
- Conduct client workshops, solution demos, POCs, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to build compelling proposals and solution architectures.
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of Azure Data Platform, Databricks, Fabric, Purview/Informatica, Data Engineering, Governance, and Analytics.
- Experience with Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, LangGraph, AI Agents, and enterprise AI use cases.
- Ability to articulate business value, ROI, and solution architecture to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience showcasing real-world use cases, customer success stories, and leading technical discussions.

- Can confidently demonstrate data and AI use cases, relate them to past project experience, and position them as broader organizational capabilities.
- Strong solutioning mindset with the ability to lead customer conversations, build trust, and drive opportunities from discovery through proposal and POC stages.
