Key Responsibilities
- Own hands-on technical delivery across D365 F&O and Business Central: extensions, customizations, integrations, data migration and performance
- Run the F&O/BC support and enhancement queue to SLA — triage, root-cause, fix, and prevent recurrence
- Design and build integrations with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs) and Dataverse/dual-write where relevant
- Own environment management, ALM and DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, automated builds and deployments) for ERP engagements
- Support ERP pursuits: solution outlines, effort estimation, demo environments and technical responses to RFPs
- Build the ERP practice's estimation model, delivery standards, checklists and reusable components
- Lead the technical build of a F&O and Business Central-based product: architecture, AL development standards, AppSource-readiness and release management
- Mentor developers and consultants working on ERP engagements; enforce code review and quality gates

- AppSource publishing experience
- ISV product development background
- Domain exposure to real estate, manufacturing, retail or professional services
- Copilot and AI-assisted development awareness across the Dynamics 365 stack
