Senior Sales Manager

Overview 

WalkingTree Technologies is expanding its Microsoft Consulting Practice and is seeking a  high-performing Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic growth across India and the USA.  The role involves leading sales initiatives for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Power  Platform, Azure Cloud, AI/Data Engineering, and Microsoft-based product engineering  services. 

Key Responsibilities 

– Drive revenue growth for Microsoft consulting and cloud services across India and US. – Work closely with Microsoft Partner Managers, PDMs, Azure & D365 specialists. 

– Manage full sales lifecycle: lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposals,  and closures. 

– Lead co-sell motions with Microsoft teams and support joint GTM strategies. – Collaborate with Delivery and Presales teams to create tailored proposals. – Build CXO-level relationships to drive long-term strategic business. 

– Identify new opportunities in cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, and app modernization. – Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and accurate forecasting. 

Requirements 

– 15+ years of IT experience with strong Microsoft consulting sales background. – Proven track record in closing large enterprise MS consulting deals. 

– Deep understanding of Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and co-sell motions. – Experience in selling Dynamics 365, Azure, M365, and Power Platform services. – Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

– Experience working with US + India markets. 

Preferred Qualifications 

– Experience working within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

– Exposure to SaaS, cloud transformation, and digital modernization initiatives. – Background in ISVs or large Microsoft-focused consulting organizations.
