FullStack Lead

Key Skills:-

• Good Experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Hands on Experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, MongoDB
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
• Experience leading and mentoring tech teams.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications
• Oversee the complete development lifecycle – from requirement gathering to deployment
• Make architectural decisions and ensure code quality
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
• Manage and mentor a team of developers
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
• Continuously improve development processes and practices.
