Admin Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day
administrative operations in our Agra office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in
travel coordination or office administration, with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle daily office administration, coordination, and operational activities.
● Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics for employees or clients.
● Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement and payments.
● Maintain office supplies, records, and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
● Support HR and finance teams with documentation and coordination tasks.
● Handle communication between departments and external stakeholders efficiently.
Required Skills & Competencies:
● Strong coordination and organizational skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication.
● Vendor management and negotiation skills.
● Knowledge of travel bookings and logistics.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
● Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Background:
● Candidates from the travel domain or with experience in corporate travel
coordination will be given preference.
