Job Summary:-

We are looking for fresh graduates with strong programming fundamentals and a keen interest in building enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn and contribute to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Work on web applications, APIs, XML, and reporting tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in version control, code releases, and deployment activities.
Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance software development productivity.

Required Skills & Knowledge:-

Strong programming skills and understanding of Web Applications.
Hands-on knowledge of:
- C#, .NET, JavaScript and JS frameworks
- MS SQL Server
Exposure to CRM/ERP enterprise applications (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Good understanding of low-code/no-code platforms (preferably Microsoft Power Platform).
Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and code release processes.
Familiarity with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, and vibe coding concepts.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and deliver meaningful contributions within a short timeframe.
