Senior UX/UI Designer
Key Responsibilities:-
- Perform User Research, Empathize with users and define their needs explicitly.
- Translate business and user needs and technology constraints into solution concepts that are meaningful, easy to use, and engaging
- Illustrate design ideas using User Persona, User Stories, Storyboards, Journey Map, Process Flows, Task Analysis, Mental Models and any other user UX design techniques suitable in a given context
- Bring complex data products to life through maps, dashboards, and infographics.
- Design graphic user interfaces, including wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity navigational prototypes
- Create style guides and produce UX artefacts, including icons, fonts, images, CSS and HTML
- Perform Usability testing
- Support and work with the development team to ensure that the design gets translated into actual applications.
Must Have Skills:-
- Proficiency in the wireframe tools like Figma and/or XD
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Must be proficient in HTML5, and CSS3 and should be good in Javascript
- Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Excellent understanding of corporate standards on fonts, colours, images, and branding
- Must have a high degree of creativity, empathy, passion, and problem-solving ability
- Must be able to pay immense attention to details.
Should have Skills:-
- The ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion and to receive feedback with open-mindedness
- Ability to lead and support discovery of the project lifecycle, including workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits and benchmarking
- Should have business know-how of key domains like BFSI, HealthTech, and AgriTech and must have the ability to learn quickly.
- Should have familiarity with other areas of user experience, including information architecture, interaction design, visual design, etc.
- Should be able to Present on UX topics and lead the organisation on the UX decisions.
