Senior Technical Artist
Key Responsibilities:
➔ Collaborate with engineers, artists, and AI/robotics teams to create seamless 3D simulations and digital twins.
➔ Develop and optimize real-time 3D assets, materials, and shaders for high-performance applications.
➔ Work with Unreal Engine to build interactive environments, manage Blueprints, and enhance performance.
➔ Implement NVIDIA Omniverse & Isaac Sim workflows, enabling real-time physics-based simulations.
➔ Apply real-time rendering and optimization techniques to ensure efficient performance across devices.
➔ Utilize Python & scripting to automate workflows, create tools, and improve asset pipelines.
➔ Design and develop rigging & animation pipelines, including IK setups and animation retargeting.
➔ Troubleshoot rendering, asset, and simulation issues, ensuring high-quality outputs.
➔ Develop PBR materials and textures for realistic visuals using advanced rendering techniques.
➔ Work with Blender (or similar tools) for modeling, UV unwrapping, and procedural asset creation.
Work Experience:
➔ Strong experience in Unreal Engine with knowledge of 3D asset handling, material creation, lighting, and performance tuning.
➔ Expertise in real-time rendering techniques, including LODs, baking, texture atlasing, and GPU optimization.
➔ Hands-on experience with physics & simulation systems, including rigid/soft body dynamics and particle systems.
➔ Experience working with NVIDIA Omniverse & USD workflows for high-fidelity simulations.
➔ Proficiency in Python scripting to develop tools and automate asset workflows.
➔ Deep understanding of PBR workflows for creating realistic digital assets.
➔ Knowledge of rigging & animation processes, including IK setups and motion retargeting.
➔ Familiarity with Blender (or similar 3D modeling software) for asset creation.
➔ Strong problem-solving skills to debug and resolve rendering or asset pipeline issues.
