Marketing Executive (Technical Content Writer)

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop a deep understanding of WalkingTree’s services, solutions, and target audience to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, accessible, and engaging narratives for different audiences.
  • Create high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, infographics, website content, email campaigns, video scripts, and more.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce well-researched, technically accurate content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Develop sales collaterals such as presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and pitch decks to support the sales team.
  • Assist in demand generation campaigns by crafting compelling marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence to identify content opportunities.
  • Conduct market and customer research to ensure content aligns with audience needs and business goals.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and rankings.
  • Optimize content based on performance analytics and user engagement metrics.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • 3+ years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in IT services, software, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in blogs, whitepapers, case studies, technical documentation, and marketing content.
  • Strong understanding of IT services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Grammarly, and AI-powered writing assistants.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
