Hence, your experience of selling technologies such as Application Development, UX & UI, Modernization of Legacy Applications, Cloud Migration, DevOps and Containerization, Test Automation, Microservices & Serverless Architecture, Data Management, AI/ML and Data Science will be highly desired. You are expected to have a keen interest in emerging technologies and influence the internal team as well as potential customers.
- Plan and Oversee all aspects of the end to end Sales and Marketing activities.
- Innate ability to market and sell IT Services
- Experience in selling IT Services for the project delivery for the North American and European customers from India
- Hands-on with need creation and benefit selling
- Develop short-term and long-term sales and marketing strategies including setting sales targets, pipeline, and policies
- Work on all phases of the end-to-end sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasion, conducting negotiations and contracting terms with clients
- Identify client service requirements, Analyze and maximize selling opportunities by establishing a personal rapport with all client organization levels.
- Collate market information about the competition, and understanding of New Technologies and engagement in Market Research.
- Prior understanding of market & relationship with decision-making teams and Business partners to assist pipeline creation.
- Generate business from potential, existing customers/account, establish strategic partnerships & alliances, achieve profitability, and increase sales growth.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by hiring, building and leading the team
- Create a business proposal, presentations, and whatever is required to close the sales effectively.
- He/she will also be required to review and provide critical inputs in finalizing the SoW.
- Go the extra mile to make it an excellent experience for the client, resolve all issues the same day as a habit, and work with the get-things-done attitude.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Desired
- Must be a self-starter with the mindset of CAN DO and WANT TO DO
- Must be already successful in delivering business with USD 4M+ target from the new customers
- Must be exceptional in Market Research, Lead Generation and Sales Strategy
- Must have sound knowledge of the IT Services Industry with hands-on experience of 20+ years in selling IT solutions and services in the international market.
- Prior experience and ability to handle Custom Applications Development sales, mobile applications, E-commerce, System Integration, Data Management, Data Analytics, and Staff Augmentation will be required.
- Experience of interacting and negotiating with CXOs
- Should be a consultative problem solver and must know who can help him to provide the best solution to the customer
- Overall Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong multi-tasking abilities
- Along with technologies, he should have the knowledge or some familiarity of the BFSI, Pharma, and Healthcare domain
- BE/BTech Computer Science or BE with a great understanding of IT Services Business
- An MBA degree from a reputed institute will be an advantage
