Responsibilities:
- Good project management skills
- Must have experience managing projects in technologies like Java, angular, react, and native cloud development ·
- Must have managed projects with at least 30 people in the team ·
- Should have experience managing multiple site teams ·
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills ·
- PMP, CSM certification is a plus ·
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods ·
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department ·
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
Job Qualifications and Skillsets:
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience working in a collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality ·
- Technically sound in Java Microservices, Angular, DevOps, Azure
- Ready to do hand-on on need basis
- Line reporting experience – should be able to manage a team of approx 25 – 40 team member
- Technical roadmap and upskilling for team
- Work with team to get the assigned tasks completed on time
- Experienced in monitoring and tracking
- Work from office from Agra location
