Responsibilites
Be the primary contact for the IT support
Own the technology/application support issues coming from various sources – business, operations, and/or other departments
Handle escalations and resolve complex technical issues
Quickly ramp up to understand the business operations’ deliveries and proactively manage corresponding technology operations (such as recon activities etc)
Manage relationships through routine meetings
Own the improvement plan to provide better user experience through short TATs & prompt communication Plan and own the automation road map for repeat issues for permanent fix
Plan, coordinate, and implement technology upgrades across the organization
Minimum QualificaƟons
12+ years of experience overall specializing in application support with strong development background Bachelors or Masters in technology from renowned colleges
Experience pedigree to be from known product based organizations

Skills Required
Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of software development life cycle
Proven experience as a hands-on application support leader
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles Working knowledge of infrastructure and cloud (Azure preferred) systems
Knowledge of development in Java/J2EE and Angular framework
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
