Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to join
our HR team. The TA Lead will be responsible for developing and executing effective
recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker
with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving recruitment excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
○ Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the
company’s talent acquisition goals.
○ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve
recruitment processes.
2. Team Leadership:
○ Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and
development opportunities.
○ Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
3. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
○ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening
candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
○ Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking,
and employee referrals.
4. Stakeholder Management:
○ Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing
needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
○ Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 3.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition. Proven track record of successfully
managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles.
● Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, trends, and tools.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
● Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external
stakeholders.
