Key responsibilities –
- 4+ Years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll management.
- Should be proficient in HRIS, Should possess good knowledge of labor laws.
- Should be acquainted with Income tax filing.
- He/She should have good communication skills
- Exposure to handling end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
- Should be from HR operations & generalist background should be able to groom into Hr business partner role.
