Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform User Research, Empathize with users and define their needs explicitlyTranslate business and user needs and technology constraints into solution concepts that are meaningful, easy to use, and engagingIllustrate design ideas using User Persona, User Stories, Storyboards, Journey Map, Process Flows, Task Analysis, Mental Models and any other user UX design techniques suitable in a given context
- Bring complex data products to life through maps, dashboards, and infographicsDesign graphic user interfaces, including wireframes, mockups, and high fidelity navigational prototypesCreate style guides and produce UX artifacts, including icons, fonts, images, CSS and HTML
- Perform Usability testingSupport and work with the development team to ensure that the design gets translated into actual applicationsMandatory Skills Desired6+ Years of Relevant Experience
- The ability to present design ideas with clarity and passion, and to receive feedback with open-mindedness Ability to lead and support discovery of the project lifecycle, including workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits and benchmarkingShould have business know-how of payment systems including the understanding of business metrics of the payment processing companyShould have familiarity with other areas of user experience design including information architecture, interaction design, visual design, etc.
