Walking Tree is looking for a seasoned and passionate Business Development Manager with a proven track record in Software services/products sales. Someone who is looking for an opportunity to win new customers regularly & who is a go-getter.
Skills and responsibility:
· Experience in selling IT Services for End to End project delivery for the North American customers from India
· Knowledge in selling Data Analytics and AI/ML or DevOps and Cloud is desirable but not compulsory.
· Work on all phases of the end-to-end sales cycle including client presentations, discussions, negotiations and deal closure with clients
· Prior understanding of market & relationship with decision-making teams.
· Generating business from potential new customers and establishing strategic partnerships & alliances, achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
· Demonstrate leadership skills by hiring, building, and leading the team
· Create the business proposal, presentations
· Desire to meet clients frequently and have good communication.
· He/she will also be required to review and provide key inputs in finalizing the SoW
· Go the extra mile to make it a great experience for the client, make resolving all issues the same day a habit and work with the get-things-done attitude
Knowledge & Experience Desired:
· Sound knowledge of the IT Services Industry with hands-on experience of 10+ years in selling IT products and services in the international market.
· Must have the mindset of CAN DO and WANT TO DO
· Must be exceptional in Market Research and Lead Generation
· Prior experience or ability to handle Custom Applications Development sales, mobile applications, E-commerce, System Integration, Enterprise CMS, Data Management and Cloud will be required from day one
· Experience in interacting and negotiating with CXOs
· Must be a self-starter
· Should be a consultative problem solver and must know who can help him to provide the best solution to the customer
· Overall Excellent written & verbal communication skills to be able to deal with the North American customers
· BE/BTech Computer Science or BE with a great understanding of IT Services Business
· MBA will be considered an advantage
