Profile : US Lead Generation/Sales Support/Sales
Primary Skills:
- Should have good experience in IT services sales.
- Focused towards International Market, specifically having worked remotely targeting sales in the US market will be a preference.
- Understanding and experience in generating leads and pitching for Technology consulting and staff augmentation services, Offshore software development services, technology training
- Good/Proven experience using online networking platforms
- Flexibility in timing and a strong team player with focus on results
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Identify ways and means to create right traction in the market to create visibility for Walking Tree offerings
- Recommend improvements in existing approach for sales to drive improvements in results
- Stay focussed on sales targets and use all means and tools available to be successful
- Confidently reach out to prospects through various means and appropriately network or pitch for Walking Tree services
- Meet monthly targets in terms of valid leads and quarterly targets for revenue
- Ensure the activity logs are continuously updated in the tools and CRM used within Walking Tree
- Continuously look for opportunities for business with the customers/prospects and help carve effective proposals
- Work with other team members to follow active leads and close
- He/She will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, reaching out to the potential leads and converting them into customers
- Effectively and proactively communicate with all internal stakeholders to keep them appraised of progress and also take inputs on the new advances in other functions within the organization
Qualification:
- BE with good understanding of IT Services Business
- MBA preferred
